10th Planet No-Gi Jiu Jitsu - Submission Grappling
At The Jiu Jitsu Studio, we offer 10th Planet No-Gi Jiu Jitsu classes tailored to all skill levels, available both in the afternoon and evening sessions. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our classes provide comprehensive training in submission grappling techniques.
- All Levels: Perfect for beginners, this class covers fundamental techniques and principles in a safe and supportive environment.
- Advanced: Designed for experienced students, this class focuses on refining skills and exploring advanced techniques to enhance your grappling game.
- Open Mat: Enjoy open mat sessions after class to practice techniques, spar, and refine your skills. Saturday open mat sessions are coming soon!
Kids No-Gi Jiu Jitsu
Our Kids Jiu Jitsu program is specially designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu in a fun and engaging environment. Our classes help children develop confidence, discipline, and physical fitness while learning essential self-defense skills.
- Age Groups: We proudly offer specialized classes designed for children ages 5 to 7 and also 8 and Up.
- Structured Curriculum: Our curriculum focuses on teaching basic techniques, instilling discipline, and fostering teamwork in a supportive atmosphere. Our Kids Jiu Jitsu program also goes beyond teaching techniques; it instills essential life skills in a safe and friendly environment.
Jiu Jitsu Therapy
Experience the transformative power of Jiu Jitsu Therapy at 10th Planet St. Augustine, where martial arts meets therapeutic science to promote healing and well-being.
Paying homage to the Jiu Jitsu learned while training in Hawaii, this class uses new training methodologies combined with the 10th Planet System while also focusing on using Jiu Jitsu as a catalyst to help promote overall Physical, Mental, and Spiritual wellness.
